The situation in Chandpur has been deteriorating for the last one week. This time the corona of 48 people has been identified in one day. Among them, 43 are from Chandpur Sadar Upazila, 1 from Faridganj, 1 from Matlab North, 1 from Matlab South, and 2 from Shahrasti.
On the same day, 10 people were declared healthy. On this day, a total of 220 samples were tested. According to the sample test, the detection rate is 21.81%.
Sources at the Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office said the samples were collected throughout the day on Monday.
At present 15,318 people are infected by corona in the district. The death toll is 241.
So far 14,962 people have been declared healthy.
At present, the number of patients undergoing treatment is 115. Two of the victims are in the isolation ward of the hospital and the rest are in home isolation.
