Number Of Corona Infected In Chandpur Has Increased To 65

The number of corona infected in Chandpur has increased to 65.In Chandpur, 1 more corona patient has been identified. His home is in Hajiganj upazila. A total of 40 sample test reports of the district came on this day. Of these, 1 person positive and 39 reported negative.

With this, the number of people infected with corona in Chandpur district has increased to 65 people. Of these, 4 died and 14 recovered. The rest are undergoing treatment. The Chandpur Civil Surgeon’s Office said this on Friday afternoon.

At present, the upazila-wise statistics of 65 people affected by corona in Chandpur district are: 37 in Chandpur Sadar, 7 in Faridganj, 6 in Matlab North, 5 in Hajiganj, 3 in Matlab South, 3 in Kachua, 2 in Haimchar and 2 in Shahrasti.

Civil Surgeon Dr Sakhawat Ullah said in a press note on Friday that 43 more samples had been sent from Chandpur for the corona test. These samples were sent on Wednesday morning. The total number of samples sent stood at 986. In contrast, 891 reports have been received. 95 reports awaiting.

He said the number of patients admitted in isolation in Chandpur district so far is 57. Of these, 49 have already received clearance. At present there are 8 patients in isolation. The total number of home quarantine persons in the district is 3663 Of these,3599 people got clearance. At present, there are 64 people in the home quarantine.
