According to a report from the monitoring cell of the Chandpur District Fisheries Department till March 29, the operation is being carried out under the Jatka program.
Besides, 140 cases, fines of Tk. 5 lakh and 13,324 MT of Jatka have been seized. Jatka has been distributed to local orphanages.
