Two killed in Chandpur isolation ward, identified as infected 34. Two people died in the isolation ward of Chandpur Government General Hospital. One of them was infected with corona. Another died of coronary heart disease. Her report came negative in the sample test. The young man who died in Corona was 33 years old, hospital sources said. The official death toll in the district stood at 114.
It is learned that Deepak was admitted to Deepak Hospital in Panchgaon village of Chandpur Sadar Upazila on Saturday, April 24 at 9 am. He died at 4.30 pm that day. His corona was positive. Besides, 95-year-old Phulbanu of Ashikati village died at Sadar Hospital at 9.30 am on Sunday. He was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, April 24 at 12 noon. Her sample test report comes back negative.
Meanwhile, 34 new corona were identified on Sunday. A total of 4102 people are being affected in the district including these 34 people. Of these, 3,403 have recovered as of Saturday, and 114 have died. Excluding death and health, 556 people are currently undergoing treatment.
The upazila-based numbers are: Chandpur Sadar 13, Shahrasti 6, Faridganj 4, Hajiganj 2 and Haimchar 1, Kachua 1, Matlab North 1 and v South 1.
